I grew up in a big family. Single mom. Poverty. Barely any friends — just a few. Until I was about 16, nobody knew who I was. I was just the quiet kid in the background.
But one thing was always there — the desire to help others. Didn't matter if it was mental health, relationship problems, or addiction. I was there. Always.
Honest? I wasn't a happy person. And I'm not perfect even now. But I have learned. And that has changed everything.
People think mistakes are bad things. I think the opposite. A mistake is not a loss — it's a lesson. There was a time when every mistake would bring my mood down instantly. Then I changed the way I looked at mistakes. Now when I make one, I'm not sad. I look for the solution.
That's what I want to teach you.
